Iris Capital has announced plans for a twin-tower development project worth $800 million in the Broadbeach area. The project aims to transform the heart of the location and bring in new developments and facilities for the community.

The new development project is expected to include residential apartments, a hotel, retail and commercial spaces, and dining options. The goal is to create a vibrant destination precinct that will revitalise the heart of Broadbeach on the Gold Coast in Australia. The project is being led by Iris Capital, a large privately owned property and hospitality group, and is estimated to cost $800 million. The company acquired the site of the former Niecon Plaza for $58 million in the same year.

The Victoria & Albert Broadbeach (V&A Broadbeach) project, a mixed-use development by Iris Capital, is set to revolutionize the heart of Broadbeach, Gold Coast, Australia. The $800 million project will feature two premium residential towers, a major office complex, and a retail and dining space. This landmark project, led by Sydney-based Iris Capital, known for its interests in hotels, wineries, and urban renewal projects, is considered one of the most significant developments in Broadbeach since The Oracle project was completed over a decade ago.
The residential towers, named The Albert and The Victoria, will offer luxurious living spaces with 114 spacious two, three and four-bedroom apartments in The Albert and 219 apartments with configurations of one, two and three bedrooms in The Victoria. Both towers will also feature sub-penthouses and exclusive penthouses. Residents will have access to the Podium Club facilities that offer a 25-meter lap pool, spa and steam room, Zen garden, yoga deck, boutique lounge, kid’s club, and lush gardens.
The project also includes a 5458 sqm of retail, dining, and office space over two levels, complementing the residential towers to offer a premium experience for visitors and locals. The Residents Skylounge on the top level of the Victoria tower will provide stunning views of the coastline, with luxury dining, lounge, wellness, and work zones.

In conclusion, the V&A Broadbeach project will provide a unique living experience for residents, with its focus on premium living spaces, beach lifestyle, and the activation of the site as a venue for work and play. The project is expected to leave a lasting legacy for the Gold Coast.
